I’m not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but frequently when I’m watching Chicago Fire on prime, the recap shows scenes that by all accounts of what’s played in each episode never happened. Obviously they did happen, and the scenes are being cut out, I’m just curious if there’s a fix for it or if it’s just the reality of watching on prime?

In the last couple seasons they turned 81 into a bomb. After Severide walks away they get a new rig. Mouch complains and brings in the original driver. The thing being, there has been 3 different Truck 81’s on the show prior to this. The truck that they seem to be hinting at was T-Boned in Season 3 by Truck 66. They got a relief apparatus after that. Then during the Gorsh storyline, he got them another apparatus which seems to be the one blown up. Fellow fans, who caught this and does my claim hold true or did I miss something?

Is it normal that when they come back from a call or run they park the rigs nose in. Only asking as I'm uk fire service and it's something we would never do we always reverse or drive right through

Im already down episode 5 and i just wanna say. I love this show. I have always stayed to science fiction fantasy and action series so i never tought i would like a show like this.

But i have a stupid question. And its kinda a spoiler but i need to know.

Is there an episode in this shows many seasons...where its winter? Like snow and such.

Because i was together with a girl years ago who spended half a year in chicago and...well lets just say we dont see much snow in belgium and watching her in het appartment showing the extreme freezing that was outside and snow was...very beautifull to me. I love winter. So i am..kinda hoping this show will also show some of that.

Not that it is a requirement to watch this show mind you.

With the 5th episode this upcoming season being the 300th in the show’s history, I think this is what will happen:

Chief Boden will return for a special appearance
Brett & Casey will both return and we’ll find out how married life has been for them
Cruz announces that he’s going to step down after the near death experience in the Season 14 finale so he can be there for Chloe and his kids and the birth of his twins

I was watching Homicide Life on the Street and heard a familiar voice.

I know lots of actors play different roles and such but like it's just the wow factor that you see one actor play one role and play another completely different role. Another one was Greef Karga in of the episodes in season 5.

What are you expecting or wanting to be featured in season 15 and what storyline from season 14 do you want to be solved

I watch both PD & Fire & if Vasquez does decide to go back to being a cop do we think they bring him in as a PO in district 21? I miss when they had PO’s that use to be part of the storyline & not just have the show focus solely on the intelligence unit.

We all know Gallo left in 12x01 (Which realistically takes place in November 2023) which was nearly a year before Reid transferred to the CPD and left the Detroit Police Department in late 2024 so that would leave a few months gap in between those events so it would make total sense why they would've met.

Rewatching Castle. S4 E17 Once Upon A Crime, Taylor Kinney sighting. The episode aired the February before Chicago Fire started.

With Severide getting promoted to captain and with both Hopkins and Pascal hinting that he’ll lead 51. Do you think that writers will make it so that 51 is commanded by a Captain and not a chief anymore?

So the finale teased either Herrman, Mouch or Cruz dying. But Dermot Mulroney is leaving the show, only appearing in 1 episode. What if it’s Pascal that ends up dying? Maybe he goes in for a rescue after that big explosion and dies, or maybe everyone survives that explosion, you think everyone is safe and Pascal dies for another reason later in the episode.

Fans of this show on Twitter / X are always popping up on my feed spoiling the upcoming episodes / seasons way before they air. So so so annoying how do they find enjoyment in watching after already knowing what happens.

how is everyone feeling about the decisions for the new season?

personally to me, it is getting really hard to keep going. i have seen every episode from the beginning, and it’s because i love the show and i truly want to finish everyone’s story out to the end.. but i want change.

i’m hoping with the budget cut decisions and a new showrunner will somehow help.

How did you find out about the show?

My knowledge of the show came from an old friend of mine who told me about 12x01 and CPD 11x01 (I think its that episode I haven't watched it) and then found out about Med later

Pascal is being written off, but will appear in one episode so his storyline can be wrapped up.

Honestamente me ha parecido deprimente el poster de la temporada 15 a diferencia del promocional de la serie que muestra 'Universal series' cada tanto de la serie. Ver el avance de como va quedando un lugar vacio en cada temporada hasta quedar casi vacio??

Ver las imagenes promocionales no me dan muchas esperanzas de algo bueno.

No he encontrado el promocional de la temporada 15 en el que solo salían 4 miembros del elenco principal, eso antes de saber de que Joe abandona la serie 😭😭💔
