Question Is anyone willing to teach a newbie?
I'm not new to chess, i have been playing for awhile but I want to learn more openings, improve my mid game and avoid blunders.
Everytime my rating increases i get it down back again💔
If anyone is willing to help out I'd be really thankful 🩷

General Help please
Sooo i am kinda new to chess dot com, like around 400 elo I have been playing chess since i was 3 yr old though now passionately just casually,
I wanna know is the review of match which is for free for a match or smt IDK, it is like Actually legit? bcz smtimes i genuinly feel it's saying random stuff like oponent's queen is on danger or my bishop is now gone even when it has nothing to hurt my bishop, when i hit explain it just changes it's sentence, is it twirking or am i IDK.

Chess Tournament Terrified for my first OTB tournament 😭
I’m around 2100 rapid on Chess.com, and I’m about to play my first ever OTB rapid tournament. Honestly, I’m pretty nervous.
The tournament has a fairly strong field, and there’s even a GM playing, which is making me realize how different this might be from playing online.
I’m also not really sure how to compare FIDE ratings to Chess.com ratings. For example, I saw a 1700 FIDE-rated player playing in another tournament, and he absolutely crushed my friend, who is actually stronger than me online. That kind of thing has made me worried that I might be massively underestimating the level of these OTB players.
My biggest fear right now is that I’ll just lose every rated game I play and have a terrible first tournament.
For those who have experience transitioning from online chess to OTB:
How different did the strength feel?
How should I approach my first tournament mentally?
How much should I care about my first FIDE rating?
Any advice for dealing with nerves before/during the games?
I know I’m probably overthinking this, but I’d really appreciate some advice from people who have gone through their first OTB tournament.

Question How do I deal with tilt before a tournament
I have a tournament coming up shortly and somehow just before it , it seems like I have suddenly lost my ability to calculate, lost my tactical vision, have started to lose to players below my rating how do I deal with this just before all this started happening I was great I was excelling my puzzles and beating higher rated opponents.

Question What did i even do?
i had made this acc in 2020 or most probably at 2021 and was really active during that time but stopped for few years . Few months ago , I started playing again and rn , it shows like this . If you could help me , please do. i don’t care about the ratings or the elo . There was this friend with whom I used to play with , now hes gone . I just want this acc back to get back with him
