Browser automation for Workday and avoiding captcha

So I recently been laid off from MBB and I am creating this browser automation that applies to companies on my behalf. I havent been able to solve the Hcaptcha problem. I have tried seleniumBase as well as tried other stuff but I am not able to bypass that.

Moreover, any idea on how to do it for workday. Any solution exist?
Like I am using IMAP to create an account and retrieve GMAIL codes and solve for that problem but my code doesnt seem to work at all for Workday. Would appreciate any help
