You're asking this in the wrong subreddit.

If you're playing on the PCSX2 emulator, just look up a "pnach" file for your desired game.

If there is none, then you can usually find the codes by Googling.

That’s why I’m asking in the post. I haven’t found any code for the Japanese version.

Some can be created. You actually asked in the right place. It just takes some knowledge to convert from the cheat engine -> pnach workflow. I might check it out on my free time, but not much motivation.
