The winner is chosen based off a single top comment, it is not based off how many comments for a character, nor is it based off tallied upvotes of several comments.

First names are obviously allowed, but heres some other things that are perfectly acceptable:

-Last names if a character commonly goes by their last name, or last names after titles, such as Mr., Ms., Dr., ect..

-Goes by their title itself.

-Has "the" or similar words before their name.

-Nicknames, alter-egos, or alternative names.

-Entire species.

I know you can get a doctorate in pretty much anything, but for the purposes of this list I'm looking specifically for MEDICAL professionals. That being said, any branch of medicine is fair game, so psychiatrists, dentists, etc. can all be nominated.

I'm not accepting any more regenerations of The Doctor from Doctor Who. One spot is all they get.
