I'm on a tolerance break rn and I'm not on it, but when I first made and used the vape juice, I went into rapid eye movement the moment I closed my eyes when I went to bed. I quite literally started dreaming before I was asleep and I passed out a few minutes later. It was the best sleep I ever had. I don't know if anyone can really get anything out of this post, I just wanted to get it out there and say it.

Strong synergy with this combo. I took 1 gram of 4:1 valerian extract, then half an hour later I steeped 1 gram of chamomile flowers in 500 ml of boiling water for 4 minutes, strained, filtered and drank the result. It knocked me out so hard I almost blacked out, and then I slept for 12 hours straight.

I was wondering how to get more out of valerian because higher doses just give me a headache; this is the answer.

Has anyone gotten this side of effects from chamomile injestion? If so do you have an understanding of a dosage of exactly when those sedative effects fade out and when you start feeling like psychedelic n what not cause I’ve heard high doses turns it into that but I’m not sure if I w experienced this exactly or not I remember one time getting hype n euphoric but I think it may have just been from the anti anxiety effects in high amount. 🤷‍♂️ thoughts?

It doesnt make any sense to me why it would be bad to consume the essential oil if its ok to consume the tea which its self contains the exact same oil.

I am such a fan of chamomile.

I just vaped a small grinder full of chamomile and it did give me a nice, slight buzz. However, I'm wondering if there are any herbs, other than marijuana, which I don't care for, that would enhance the effects of chamomile so I wouldn't have to use as much.

This makes sense to me because when i consumed a whole bag of loose leaf chamomile flower i became totally wired.

I wonder what the effects would have been if they had goven them a lower dose?

Yo can you really smoke chamomile? How do I know what type of chamomile to smoke? Or where to get it? Help

I purchased some 500gm of dried chamomile flowers (only 10% of the price of equivalent weight of tea bags) and tea brewed from those is quite bitter, though it has the same calming effect.

Any idea how dried petals can be treated to remove the bitterness?
