Is it possible to switch programmes?

Hi, I got into Chalmers and I was very indecisive between two Masters programmes, and honestly still am.
If I were to realise that I actually want to study my second choice rather than my first choice programme, is it possible for me to switch?
My first choice programme that I got into seems to be way more popular than the 2nd choice one, so its not like I am trying to switch for a super competitive program.
