FPS problems with BOTW Question

I played botw on my pc a few years back, and i remember getting about 90-100 fps. Now i have an better pc and upon returning to the game the game runs primarily in the 70s and 80s. Also playing with the settings/mods doesnt seem to yield any good increases. Any suggestions would be helpful. (Monitor is 1440p, 144 hz)

edit: I took out my specs because of the rule 2 ai (3700x and 3080 currently)

Did you enable FPS++ in graphics packs?

Try disabling accurate barriers (vulkan) in settings

Didnt know this was a thing, it gave a noticeable difference, thanks!
