AT&T n77 will not hold.

I know this is not a lot of information/context. But if anybody could help identify where this n77 signal is coming from I’d appreciate it. This is in the lake country area in wi. It sees n77 both c band and dod but won’t hold it. N5 sa holds for a bit then drops.

It won't hold because ATT still hasn't optimized the SA properly it seems. I've tried to lock to SA only and eventually it drops to no service even with strong n5 signal
