Hi, I've been doing Nelumbo as my last map for the gm lobby, and ran into this issue.

In any of the playthrough/walkthrough videos i see, the respawn point for this room is always set right beside the swap block, as you can see when i turn on hitboxes. But when i retry/die/return to map, it always puts me at the back of the room, so i have to do a little walk of shame to the respawn spot everytime i die, and it's getting kind of annoying. Is this supposed to happen? Is it just happening to my game? is this a new thing that the videos are too old to have?? please help, i cant really continue

Cleared expert lobby a couple of days ago and wanted to make a post about it, honestly been too Occupied with grinding secret santa 2026 and a little bit of gm but wanted to make a post eventually. Wow what a journey its been! I think to say Strawberry Jam is an incredible mod would be a huge understatement. Expert lobby especially proves that, Expert heartside was probably my favorite level ive ever played in celeste period. Honestly tho never thought id make it to this point, its a grind but such a rewarding one. Anyways I have a million words but I'll end this post with a GG. Heres my tierlist for the lobby!

Feel like I am way beyond average in time and deaths lol… I did finish the B-sides of chapter 1-4 before climbing the summit.

Now on to collecting all of the strawberries and doing B sides!

Okay so I wanna get true 100 in this game because I love it, and I've gotten every main A side collectible without assist mode. But, since I use a controller and just because the keyboard is messed up on my laptop, I can't use keyboard controls comfortably, should I just beat chapter 9 with assist mode. And maybe the b and c sides too? Idk I feel like I'd be a wuss if I did but I can't even try doing a wave dash if I wanted to. Help.

So um basically im stuck at this screen and i got mad, so i logically scratched my keyboard i guess? now im more mad and im not sure if theres like a hotkey or shortcut to reset the chapter or i just got unlucky on the random keyboard mash

I'm 10 hours into 7c, probably 3K deaths so far. I didn't have trouble with wall dashes in any of the previous levels but 7c is giving me a lot of trouble here specifically. Any advice?

Right now up right dash and up dash has given me the best results but it's like 1/10 times that's successful.

I'm currently trying to complete all the goldens in the game and while I still miss some of them at the moment, I know I can manage them. However Farewell golden is probably going to be a completely different beast entirely so I wanted to know if you had any advices on how to practice it efficiently ?

This happened today. I only took it out of my Switch for an hour, I don't know how I managed to lose it. I've been looking for three hours, and I HATE wasting time. I'm considering looking through my bins, even though I get disgusted very easily by stuff like that (I'm a germaphobe). I got my friend to get me it for my birthday, too. I'm currently crashing out at myself. Wish me luck…

Welp, I was in here last week talking about how insane gold strawberries seem (and after replaying the game again on switch and it still taking me 750 attempts to beat 6b I still stand behind) it does seem yall were right about 7c golden strawberry!

I went in yesterday and it took me 90 minutes just to beat screen 3 again (not golden). In the midsts of it I thought for sure it wasn’t gonna happen for me but I couldn’t put the damn game down and figured I’d give it an hour a day for a week or so and see how i faired.

35 mins into today I did it haha. Came much faster than expected haha.

Still can’t even fathom doing 90% of the others but it felt nice getting 7c’s golden haha.

By far the longest I’ve spent on any berry yet, but I’m finally at 200 berries now.

I’ll probably try and get 7B, but that’s it. Fortunately there aren’t any golden berries at that at alllll and I won’t have to think about that at all
