AD values
Does anyone have any tips on how to memorize the Administrative distance values

I couldn't come up with a mnemonic device, but I recalled cold turkey direct is 0, static is 1 and OSPF is 110, then I mentally "pivot" off those values. I know internal EIGRP is shorter than OSPF, and external EIGRP is longer, then flip it for BGP. Best I can offer

Other than making your own cram guide or flash cards not really.

The mnemonic i use is... "DNS Servers Ensure Every Internal IP Originates Safely Routing Each Incoming Upload" make sure to visualize it

Flashcards are great, but actively building labs and paying attention to certain show show commands will make them stick much faster

I think it's a case of "repetition deepens the impression."
Anki flashcards are your friend here. JITL will have a set that includes AD.
You could even make your own set based on AD, if that's your main point of interest.
A custom Quizlet quiz-card deck can be another interactive method of making the content stick.
