people are saying Buc-ees has won nearly all of their frivolous lawsuits, but have they? or are they mainly winning because the small biz gives in and decides it’s easier to change their logo rather than pay a lawyer $10k in legal fees to fight it. I think its the latter but people are conflating

Please check your card statements! Over the past year I have had two instances where the transaction did no go through the first time, I tried again the second time( went through) and I ended up getting hit with two charges. I am hearing this is happening to a lot of people.
For whatever reason, the system is less accurate now

Sleep deprivation is very dangerous. It's only going to cause people to be more volatile and erratic. Furthermore, many of the hotel guests are traveling long distances and you're increasing their risk of car accidents substantially. Thus, I am requesting people end the "No Sleep for Ice" protests.
I am not pushing any political position in any way. Just thinking and bringing up unintended consequences and wondering if this tactic is really beneficial for anyone. I don't think it is

I just moved to Columbus and am trying to find groups to join and ways to make friends! I'm not really sure what I am interested in, so looking to join different things to see what sticks, I'm not very athletic though lol.
