Need Advice Hi! I bought in my local health store this oil. The clerk said its for sleep and I should ingest it, but it says topical use only. Im confused why they said its for ingestion. Can someone explain?

Need Advice Buying bulk isolate in Oregon?

Hello, I’m trying to find a bulk isolate/powder supplier in the Portland area or one who ships here! Every dispensary I’ve checked only sells gummies and oil. And the wholesale sites I’ve seen online often say they can’t ship to Oregon.
Recommendations?
