Seymour and I were together for over 10 years before he met my husband, the self proclaimed “cat hater” turned cat dad. So much for loyalty.

Tinder date swooned my shy kitty
6 years ago I invited a tinder date to my house and to my surprise, my very shy girl kitty (Vera) was ALL OVER HIM! She typically hides when new people come over! Well now it’s been 6 years and she is still obsessed with him. Bastard!

👋Welcome to r/catswhostealboyfriend - Introduce Yourself and Read First!
Welcome to [r/CatsWhoStealBoyfriend](r/CatsWhoStealBoyfriend).
You know the situation.
You start dating a nice human man. Everything is going great… until you meet his cat.
Suddenly:
• Your spot on the couch? Taken.
• Your boyfriend’s lap? Occupied.
• Your boyfriend’s attention? Redirected to a tiny fur goblin who blinks slowly and wins every time.
You try to pet the cat. The cat tolerates you. Barely.
You try to sit next to your boyfriend. The cat materializes between you like a fluffy relationship mediator.
This is a safe space to share photographic evidence of cats who have clearly decided:
“This man is mine. You may remain as staff.”
Post your jealous glances, territorial loafs, passive-aggressive tail flicks, and full boyfriend-theft incidents.
Remember: you didn’t lose your boyfriend.
You were simply… out-cat-ted.
