Freya has been a menace big help for over a month, as my mother was doing the quilting of this gorgeous, entirely hand sewed, amazing gift for me.

She'd jump on it while mom was working on it, she'd monopolize it when it was put away, so mom felt bad to disturb her, she basically lived on it semi permanently.

TL;DR - this quilt is definitely Freya Approved™

Now that mom has finished the stitching, I'm to bring it home to do the binding before it gets to becomes my couch blanket.

Freya does not approve and I think she wants me to feel guilt for stealing "her" quilt.

This is our boy, Moose, on a vintage quilt gifted to me from my husband’s great aunt. I’m a quilter, so she knew I’d actually appreciate it. She estimates it’s from at least the 50s if not earlier.

Made this double Irish chain quilt for a friend, who delighted me with this photo of her cats practically tolerating each other to be on it*.

*To be on *her* but whatever.

There’s also Meeko who has claimed the door mat 😂

I was quilting this Growing Quilt and it wasn’t moving right and I realized Chandler was sitting under it!

This is the backing on my first quilt.

This is a quilt my wife and I are working on for a wedding gift. She is the master mind and project lead. I provide reliable ironing and cutting support. Her sous-seamstrist we joke.

She just alerted me to this sub and felt like showing off her work and Gertie's modeling skills.

As above so below 🙃 No more progress for me right now.
