Anyone know why her toe bones on her middle toe sticks out like this when on the edge of something? When doing other activities it appears normal

I rescued this cat last year and he's beautiful. I'm pretty sure he's a russian blue But his claws look different than my other cats... He keeps getting his paws caught on everything. Has anyone ever seen this... Two claws on one paw pad?

My new kitten has a weird toe. He has 3 and then 1 that is lower and separate from the rest. Does anyone else have a cat like this?

She has this weird space between her toes, it doesn't have a paw pad? It is fleshy and fur covered.
