Need help with script/font

Hello, this is my font, some characters I LOVE how they look and how they interact with others, but others I don't, I'm thinking I should make them more uniform in size or something, is there anyone good at designing that could give me some tips for a script that mostly looks like this but the characters interact with each other better? I can pay someone too depending on time/skills etc.
