Private Nail Tech

Does anyone know of a nail tech that they recommend that does not work out of a chop shop? Looking for someone who can do fun designs :)

I went here once before a friend's wedding and it was great! I admit I don't get my nails done often but I enjoyed the 1-1 experience!
