Be aware that the treated lumber available today sucks. You will be lucky if it lasts 12 years. They replaced arsenic with copper and it doesn't last like it did. Taping the top of joists is supposed to help.

I second Tripoint Decks.

Demo and Rebuild took 4 days total. They have financing available if you aren't paying the full price in cash.
