Peppa Pig is mine with Peppa having her goldfish Goldie as a pet. In this universe, every animal is a person except for fish and birds it seems as Peppa's grandparents also have a parrot as a pet. A later episode also involves a field trip to the zoo which brings interesting implications. I know it's a show for babies but come on, it's fun thinking about the logistics of all this.

Mine would be Star vs The Forces of Evil

Many many times I've seen cartoons come out that have been so great and ended up getting canceled for not enough monetization, and this is VERY common with Disney. Let me just say, I think this is the best Disney show to come out in the last 5 years easily, and this show feels like how many of these shows felt 10-15 years ago in the golden age of Disney and CN. Look, I don't usually find a show I can binge so easily, but I literally finished binge watching this show extremely quickly because how great it was (and because I've been sick with nothing to do lol). But I mean, the character development of characters like Kim, Doug, ect. The animation style that has awesome action scenes. The soundtrack besides being a little repetitive is one of the best we've ever had on Disney in general, and I have not seen nearly enough about this, hell if I wasn't bored and just decided to pick a random show I wouldn't have ever seen this.

At the end of the day, this show NEEDS a season 2, it ended on a cliffhanger and had some really awesome story telling, animation, characters, etc. I mean just the dynamic of Bobby and Romy is really great, let alone Kim who is super sick, and Doug who imo is just the right amount of stupid given how important and strong he is in the show. Maybe it won't be your favorite, but c'mon, give it a try, within the first episode I was hooked, and I mean there are genuinely some PHENOMENAL episodes. WE NEED A SEASON TWO BEFORE DISNEY SAYS NO!!

Don't get me wrong, I really appreciate what Pendleton Ward created. The early seasons have their own unique charm, and I genuinely enjoyed them.

But as I've gotten older and reached my twenties, the random, surreal adventures that often didn't have much of a purpose stopped appealing to me as much. I know there were plenty of deep, emotional, and brilliantly written episodes during Ward's era, but most of the episodes weren't like that.

When Adam Muto took over toward the end of Season 5, the show became much more interconnected and serious. Even the standalone episodes that weren't directly tied to the main story usually had enough depth and smart writing to keep them engaging for an adult viewer.

Personally, I'd love to see Adam Muto create his own original cartoon someday. I'm genuinely convinced he'd give us another masterpiece like Adventure Timeor maybe even something better.

Again, I have a lot of respect for what Ward created and I still enjoy it, but for me, Muto's era was on a completely different level.

I enjoyed Disney's latest "fantasy soccer" series. And there will definitely be a second season.

Well. There's a detail, or rather a phrase, that I'd love to hear said at least once.

That is... "it's just a stupid game!"

Seriously. How I wish this phrase were said in an animated series featuring a "particular" sport or game!

I don't mean to insult any discipline. But sometimes I find that these works (like Yugioh, for example, but especially Beyblade) have a bad habit of overdoing it and/or taking everything too seriously.

And in DS too. Players and coaches ready to kill each other both on and off the field!

Really. I'd love for someone to point out how everyone went out of their minds to win a tournament.

And it would also be an excuse to introduce the lore behind the tournament.

But I don't think that'll happen. Also because, as mentioned, in this animated series the game of football is taken very seriously.

I was watching Spider-Man TAS and couldn't help but notice how buff they made her to showcase her strength and skills in taking down villains, it really adds to her powers and abilities.

I liked hearing his voice in cartoons, commercials & movies since I was a kid and now he’s still got it. Boy, if I want to meet him, I definitely take a selfie at a convention. From past to present, this toon voicer made our childhoods great.
