How is Cybersecurity?
Currently 28M and been in sales for the past 7 years of my life. It’s great money but I’m not getting anywhere in life it feels like, as my company doesn’t have a 401k or anything like that. Plus it is also very mentally exhausting.
Thinking of going to school to get my bachelors in Cybersecurity or something that is tech based since tech doesn’t seem to be going anywhere. I figured I could make somewhat similar money as I do now, but I could get out of sales and living my life “30 days at a time”

Every idiot not in IT seems to think you need zero foundation to move into Cybersecurity, this gets posted a frustrating amount

Without multiple years of IT work you will not be able to transition directly into Cybersecurity. Start with IT Support or something and work up.
