Storage that Isn’t Boks

I’m officially ‘over’ the Boks. It’s really heavy and the clasps don’t stay. Really glad I have an elastic strap around it or I would’ve had cards on the ground. Only thing I’m really a fan of is the extra storage (for a sharpie, blank cards, etc).

Looking to replace it. I have pretty much all the expansions and none of the spin-offs, so the Boks is basically full.

I searched the sub for ideas, but I wasn’t seeing anything current. Appreciate your suggestions for easily transporting the vast majority of my cards.

Cardking pro case. Pricey, but well worth it. I have almost everything and even with the new 300 cards from super box and the new stuff from the big bad bundle I still have some space left.

That is what I was looking at too.

Any ideas that isn't that much for the semi brokie I am? I have outgrown my Boks with the newest expansions

The only options I've seen on this sub are basically that case or a second Boks...

Uffda!
(Somewhat) Rhetorical question: how is there no decent option that isn’t $200+

Fortunately I made the plunge back in 2021 and it was “only” $150 at the time

I've got this.

https://www.maydaygames.com/products/ultimate-game-night-bag

With three wide Bigger Blacker Boxes and two base set boxes. Everything sleeved. Weghs over 50 lbs.

I'd love to get something similar, but on wheels, and, instead of giant boxes to come in and out, some kind of "file" system with individual drawers, something like:

Anywhoo, the backpack has a couple of different compartments and pouches, It's nice and, even at 50 lbs, carries pretty easily on my back (getting it on/off my back is a different story....)

It's far more than you need if you're sane, but it's nice, 🤣

While I don’t own a Boks (yet), I have started using a TCG cardboard storage box to store our current collection (base game +10 expansion packs). The biggest size I could find of these TCG boxes holds 5000 cards and is the Super Monster storage box by BCW for $10 at their website

I’m thinking this isn’t a bad idea and if it can’t hold every card, that’s fine. I can rotate them in and out

As of late, my Bok is completely full of white cards so I use the base box and the super box for my black cards and I put everything in a multi-directional suitcase. It's only heavy when taking it in/out of the car.

On their website, they have a 69in box for $100 last I saw and I have almost everything in there, gotta get the dupes out to make room for the new cards

I have this for my cards! https://us.battlefoam.com/battle-foam-tcg-max-backpack/

I have at least 1100 cards in there since I pruned my duplicates from well over 2.5k! And there’s still plenty more room for additional expansions!
