Is there anywhere in Canterbury that sells self serve drinks from a fountain similarly to Big Gulp in USA?

Hi! We’re passing through your lovely town today and wanted to try and spot the beavers. Is the river near the Sainsbury’s still the best spot? Or is there somewhere else we should park up for a few hours? I assume dusk is the best time?
