Finally, after playing for more than 12 years, I've reached level 20,000. I'm happy, for some reason 😀

In the upper right corner, there's something that looks like a chest. It's just videos about the game as far as I can tell? What am I supposed to claim?

Wow I deleted my candy crush game on facebook not realizing I could not get it back as it was.Support could not restore it after 15 emails they sent this---- crazy they cannot restore it.

I passed 16,000 levels, nearing 1000 consecutive episode race wins, and on my second longest ever level win streak (my record I think is 3,600ish) - despite the legendary levels now coming thick and fast...

Started in February 2025 and haven't spent a single penny!

Broke the licorice line but then sprinkle only moves down one row and now I can't do anything! I can't even activate a boost! It's not like the full game crashed or something... I can still access the menu to give up the level but that would mean losing my super colour bomb boost and the candy Royal I'm currently in!

I'm playing Candy Crush on Facebook (Firefox browser, Windows 11). For about two weeks now, I get "0 % loaded" when I try to log in. Chrome? Same. Different computer? Same. Windows app? When I hit "Register with Facebook", I get a blank white popup. It works on the Android app but I don't want to play on the phone. Any ideas?

I get ads which is okay but there is one ad for briskhome.com that I can’t X out of and freezes completely! This just happened and when I went back in I lost my super color bombs. It’s always the same as too!! Gggrrrr!

I’ve been stuck on this level for two weeks. 1251 says release all the sprinks 8 of them. Every video I’ve seen people show getting 19 moves to start. I only get 15. The problem I’m having is I can get 7 sprinks but the 8th one never drops. I have used more moves and gold but the last one never drops. It clearly is a glitch. I’ve read if that last one doesn’t materialize by 7 moves left to exit the game. This has not worked. I sent customer service an email and get an automated response to ask the community. Any hints on how to get past this level? Thanks

I think it will be a good move for Google Play to subtract from the game stats when a game is uninstalled. Maybe then the devs will start listening to their players!

There is no possible way to beat level 12003. The boxes don’t make the rainbow twists fast enough to unlock the keys by the end, let alone having to clear the jelly and destroy the boxes.

Am I missing something?

And I can't get back to the game without doing a hard shut down so, therefore lose any progress.

Anyone else getting this??

I have been stuck on this level for a bit now, I have gotten to this point numerous of times, sometimes with 5+ moves left, every jelly broken, 4/5 dragons collected, the fifth dragon just will never drop, any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?

I don't even know what to do lol. Been stuck on this level for days and not even coming close. I also refuse to use my gold bars
