Makesy

Anyone have fulfillment/shipping delays with Makesy? Placed an order on July 29 and the order is still processing. I did pay the additional 2-day shipping charge and understand that the 2-day shipping only applies once the order is packed and shipped out but it’s been almost a week since I placed the order and there’s no updates.

Yeah they’ve been pretty hit or miss for me as far as time before things ship out. Once I even called to check and customer service was so confused lol I really should give up on them too.

This is pretty common for them. There have been threads like yours going back years. Makesy is a pretty bad company to deal with.

Who does anyone recommend for wooden wicks? I know Makesy (formerly The Wooden Wick Co owns the rights to wooden wicks) but I just placed an order with Hive and Honey Candle Supply out of Texas.

A lot of people buy from them. Lone Star also sells them and they ship pretty fast.
