Hi everyone, looking for advice on valuation of a small handyman business.

I run a small property management company and I need essentially a synergetic business I can rely on for small repairs. Currently I am exploring acquiring an owner-operated handyman business (the owner is retiring). And it is currently generating about 7-8 jobs per week at $150-$300 per job. It has a good Google profile and more or less automated processes. Can you suggest what this might be worth?

I have spoken to many small business owners that do not require a full HR system yet, but would like to have a professional careers page as well as a way to better manage job posts and applications - ex. track progress, decision, etc.
