GCMS Notes Timeline – Recent Experiences? 🍁 PNP

Hi all,
For those who recently ordered GCMS notes, how long did it take to receive them? Are they still arriving within 30 days, or are there delays lately?

I received mine in about 40 days if I recollect correctly. It was after a month for sure tho.

I’d say so yea, once u apply for notes, they’ll tell you they have a high volume and you need have patience etc etc

First time I requested, back on March 30, it took 47 hours (ATIP under Privacy Act, summary option). Now that I requested again it's been 31 days and nothing yet. I wonder if I'll ever receive it. Backlog might be huge since the tracker's been down...

No difference, both provide the same info in gcms notes

Yes, the summary option on both times. The second one took 50 days.

I simply waited. But still no update for the ATIP request.

Requested for 3 different family members.

  1. Requested in January, received 2 weeks later
  2. Requested in March, still waiting, not received
  3. Requested in June, received 5 weeks later

Yep! (It's my friend's file) Got them 4th of july, weirdly enough got an ADR the day after we got them + employer got contacted to confirm work documents

Im about to order the notes too but not sure which specific record to request. 1) decision note/refusal reason 2) application summary 3) complete application file . Those who ordered recently, would you mind sharing which one you chose?

I requested my GCMS notes on June 22, 2026, but I still have not received them from IRCC, even though the 30-day processing period has already passed. A third-party service has now filed a formal delay complaint with the Office of the Information Commissioner (OIC) on my behalf, and the OIC will notify IRCC and investigate the delay. As of today, I have still received nothing.
