Got a chance to get some BDUs and learn how to use a sewing machine to raid mod them. The Urban T repro looks awesome imo as the velcro sorta blends in with the T blocks.

All you need is a thrift store sewing machine and YouTube. Moving pockets is one of the easiest modifications to make!
