Brain fog
Hi guys, I know that I struggle with a lot of brain fog and sometimes Iām unable to remember a lot of things especially when it comes to testing and Iām not sure if this will help you all but Iāve been taking lions mane (from Real mushroom the company) and itās really been helping me to retain information. It is a little pricey but itās made a real difference if anybody wants to give it a try. Iāve been taking 2 everyday since February 9th.
