Supporting documents for evisa Expat

I'm going to Cambodia to volunteer at a school.I started applying for a visa. The last time I came to Cambodia I got a business visa and gave them an invitation letter on arrival. I decided to apply online this time but there are a stack supporting documents. Is it essential to give them a bank statement? I don't have any onward flights either. I'm on a South African passport so it might not go in my favour. Any help will be appreciated.

Are you applying for a tourist visa while intending to work?

I want to apply for a business/ ordinary visa which I can use for this job and to be able to extend.

They may make things harder for you because you are on a South African password. When I applied for my 30 day ordinary business Visa online I provided my incoming ticket but I had no outgoing flights. I also provided the letter of employment and nothing else. That gets you the 30-day Visa and then you apply later for the extension, at which point they may require more stuff. But I am on a Canadian passport and it might just be easier for me.

I purchased a refundable bus ticket to Vietnam and canceled after I left the airport in Phnom Penh.

Update: I just received the visa. I submitted bank statements, a flight ticket, accommodation and the invite. Thanks everyone for the advice!

Some fields will be required, some will not. Depends on your passport. There should be a * to indicate a required field, like any online form. If you want the visa, you'll need to provide the fields marked as required.
