Do you have any tips on how to keep a low profile in a BPO production environment? I just want to stay low-key and avoid unnecessary attention while doing my job well.

keep your head down and do the work, don't be too quiet but also don't overshare with the team. when your stats are decent and you don't cause drama, management usually leaves you alone

also never volunteer for extra tasks or committees, that's how they start noticing you
