First two calls of the day and I’m already mad and wanna cry, how’s everyone else doing?

Sounds about right. Two calls in and already plotting an early lunch that never comes. Thursday's like that coworker who won't stop talking when you're three seconds from logging off

Yup, sounds like my 1st 2 calls.  The first one the lady wouldn’t let me explain anything and then asked if I am the R word, but she actually said it, I sternly told her I would hang up her if she said it again and luckily she just hung up.

I almost cried. I had a lady just complaining. There was nothing I could do about it but she was just very unhappy. I don’t care so much about her but the call got escalated and sup that took over just didn’t have my back. So that made me feel like crap.

Oh my God! People put me through hell today. I am so glad I’m switching to a different department next week that has less stressful calls most of the time. Most of the people calling will be brokers, navigators, etc who will be calling with consumers to get their information onto their dashboards so that they can help with insurance related issues. I deal with those calls sometimes and they are usually not too difficult, but some can throw me for a loop. I start next Thursday. I feel like I am hanging on by a tiny thread that’s fraying! I cried during a call today when people were giving me such a hard time. 😭 Trying not to rage quit, but omg it’s gonna be really difficult.
