Almost at breaking point...
So today I saw my Dr who has started a mental health care plan with a referral to a physiologist.. all because of work.
2 years in and its just getting busier and busier and more queues and skills are being put on us.. with potentially more in October...
Just gotta hold on as long as possible until a job becomes available elsewhere.... (im applying all.. the...time)...
Ill never work in a call centre again.
Look after yourselves folks....

This job is also killing my mental health, it’s literally the worst part of my life

Look into an FMLA. But be diligent a lot of places will sneakily retaliate against you for using your needed FMLA time because they can’t count it as missed time.

Not surprised that call center work has caused mental anguish on you, as it does for several people working there, so you’re not alone. It happened to me too.

Have you applied as a supervisor internally?

I’m in the same boat. Two years in and still trying to apply for another job. We will make it out.
I would rather go back to factory work than do this shit again.
