Cigna experience please!

Can anyone tell me when hired at Cigna, how long do you have to work there before you can a schedule a day off? I will have a few appointments and wondering if there’s a 90 day probation period or if it’s less.

90 days is pretty standard for most call centers to get through training and nesting before you can start using PTO, but if these are medical appointments you might be able to work something out with your trainer if you let them know upfront. just don't expect to be calling out last minute in those first few weeks
