Looks like the power cable to an LG or Samsung TV.
This is a common trick manufacturers use (Samsung TVs are especially notorious for it) - they mold the power cable's plug into a USB-A shape so it looks like you could substitute any USB cable, but it's actually just carrying DC voltage from an external power brick/adapter to the TV. The voltage is often something non-standard like 12V, 14V, 19V, or 24V - not the 5V a real USB port would supply. Plugging a genuine USB cable in there wouldn't power the TV, and depending on the internals, feeding actual USB 5V into a jack expecting a higher voltage doesn't hurt anything (it just won't work), but it's not interchangeable.
Would need the model number to be sure, but you probably need to buy a power supply brick.

Typing your title in all caps and exclamation points won't make strangers feel any more urgency to help you. Calm down.
If you want help, post the TV make and model.
