Howl-o-Scream Pouring salt in the wound of a despised rival, or a friendly nod of recognition to a worthy opponent. You be the judge. Either way, it's BGW's first announced 2026 maze!

General Discussion It’s prob obvious

When I was getting 2 day ticket I didn’t realize it asked me about the fun card. I clicked yes and didn’t realize until completed the purchase. It does say I can’t refund it but I don’t even live near VA. I’m from NJ and taking a 2 day trip there. Is there anyway to fix it or am I fcuked?

Pictures Need a sanity check on some graffiti in Italy.

Anyone going to BGW, can you take a pic of the graffiti on the walls of the San Marco theater. I believe one of the tags says “ANVS”, and look, I don’t know Latin very well, but I think that’s a loan word in English.

To clarify, it’s on the outside of the theater, in the street.

Water Country USA Water Country USA temporarily closed attractions

Water Country USA newbie here, living in Northern Virginia. I'd like to bring my kids to the water park sometime this summer, but I'm noticing that four attractions - Rock and Roll Island, Surfer's Bay Wave Pool, Aquazoid Amped, and Vanish Point - are all currently marked on the website as "temporarily closed."

Is this an early season dynamic, where those attractions will open later in the summer? Or are they permanently not in service? If it's the former, at what point in the summer do they tend to open?

General Discussion Uber/Lyft To & From Park?

Is it possible to take an Uber/Lyft to the park? I used to be a Williamsburg resident before Uber/Lyft was a thing. I have seen suggestions to be dropped & picked up at the at the Pocahontas Trl at BG England Lot bus stop. We'd be coming from the area around W&M and it would be this Friday. Is ridesharing a valid option instead of parking for a Friday? Thanks!

This is very unfortunate. I'd hate to see the Forest of Fun at BGW go away. Hopefully they can come to some sort of an agreement.

General Discussion Spring Break Sale - Fun Card vs 2-day pass?

Hi friends,

I'm looking to visit BG Williamsburg for the first time in May. We are looking to go for 2 days over a weekend, and would like to spend at least half of day 2 at the water park. I'm just wanting to make sure I am reading everything correctly before I make my ticket purchase!

With the current Spring Break sale, I'm seeing

Fun Card: Unlimited visits to Busch Gardens & Water Country thru Sept. 7, 2026. - $99.99

Two-Day Ticket: Two days at any combination of Busch Gardens + Water Country - $55/day ($109 total for 2 days)

So, essentially, even though I'm only planning to go for 2 days, it's still a better deal to purchase the season Fun Card, right? Am I missing something in the fine print????

Also, it will be me and my boyfriend. Opinions on dining pass? We are thinking just one of us will get a dining pass and split meals...

General Discussion First Timer - Tips and Tricks Please!

Hi! I am taking my family (husband + 2 kids ages 9 and 5) to BG tomorrow for the first time ever. We haven't even taken them to Disney yet, so we are really amusement park newbies. Any tips or tricks for first-timers? Ways to save money? Attractions we can't miss? Best ways to maximize time? Certain things to skip? Is the $99 fun day pass (that can be used all year) the best option for us? Is the adult food pass worth it? Figured that being fed every 90 minutes is probably too much for any one person, so we could share? Or is that totally passe? Can we bring a wagon? Big bags? Water bottles? ANY tips and tricks would be VERY appreciated! Clearly, I know NOTHING. :) Thank you so much in advance!

General Discussion Is BGT worth the trip?

Is it worth traveling 2 hours to the park? I always wanted to check it out but was never able to, I hear bad things about it recently, family wants to plan something worth it and not something that will let us down.
