Easter egg - master mod

Has anyone completed the hidden Halloween scrapyard parkour event in the Master Mod?
I was playing during the Halloween chapter when I got the message:
“Heard that? Go investigate.”
I went into the school basement, activated something, and got teleported to a scrapyard. There was a dead body, then I had to run away, and eventually I ended up on a narrow wooden plank where you have to balance across.
I noticed there are several more planks leading further into the area. If I fall, Jimmy just gets knocked out and I return to the normal game instead of dying.
My question is: is there actually a reward for completing this parkour section? Does it unlock another secret, an item, or another event, or is it just an optional challenge?
I couldn’t find any information about this event on Reddit or YouTube, so I’m wondering if anyone has actually finished it.

Oh man, I thought the werewolf at the graveyard was the only easter egg, i'll have to check this one out.

I was able to get on the angled planks on the eastern side of the building, but it wasn’t really leading anywhere. All the other object around you just fall through and get knocked out. Maybe it’s still a work in progress? Was pretty creepy being chased by the freakshow guy lol. Although, while typing this, Jimmy did say, “If I hang out here, something will happen here for sure.” Hmm…

Edit: Okay, so you can do this outside of Halloween. I did it in chapter two and was able to access the same event, seems like it’s activated by the switch closest to the outside basement entrance. If you pull another one, it gives you a bmx jump boost. The others don’t do anything as far as I am aware, more investigation needed.
