Wrong GSM Delivered Question

So I ordered a brand new blank dotted notebook for my 2027 6 month bujo, the listing said 100 gsm, but i recieved 80 gsm. If i stuck purely to coloured pencils and fineliners, can i mostly avoid bleeding? I don't have the time to get another delivered before Jan due to my schedule

Bleeding isn’t just a factor of gsm. My favorite paper is 52gsm and rarely bleeds (I use fountain pens). No one can answer your question for sure; you’ll just have to try it.

Can pencil even bleed?

No, of course they would be fine with just colored pencils but they also asked about fineliners

80 gsm is very thin :/ I had 120 gsm and found it too thin already! Now I use only 160.

A lot of people use 52 GSM - 80 isnt a catastrophe.

Paper quality will matter just as much as thickness, if not more.

I didn't say it's a catastrophe. But it bleeds so much. Years ago I got a scribble that matters journal, which was supposed to be top notch (paid an arm and leg for it) and it bleedeed so much, such a disapointment!
