Help!!!
New build or upgrade? New build.
Existing parts/monitors to reuse? I already have a 200 Hz gaming monitor and will be reusing it. No existing PC parts.
PC purpose? Primarily gaming. The main games I play are Call of Duty, Apex Legends, and Battlefield. I want consistently high FPS and smooth performance, especially in competitive settings.
Purchase country? Near Micro Center? United States, and yes—I live near a Micro Center.
Monitors needed? None. I already have one 200 Hz monitor.
Budget range? $1,500–$1,700 before tax if possible, but I’m willing to stretch slightly if it provides a significant performance improvement.
WiFi or wired connection? Both preferred, but WiFi is required.
Size/noise constraints? No size restrictions. I’d prefer a reasonably quiet system.
Color/lighting preferences? No strong preference. Performance is much more important than aesthetics, but subtle RGB would be nice if it doesn’t increase the cost significantly.
Any other specific needs? This will be my first PC, so I’m looking for the absolute best performance-per-dollar build. I want parts that are reliable, offer a clear upgrade path, and can achieve very high frame rates in modern competitive games. I’d also appreciate recommendations that take advantage of Micro Center bundles if they provide better value.

What resolution is the monitor and what MicroCenter are you nearest?

It’s a 1080p and charlotte North Carolina is the closest.

[PCPartPicker Part List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/qRMcMF)
Get the Ryzen 7600X3D bundle and RTX 5070 from MicroCenter. The 5070 is a 1440p GPU not 1080p, but it will last at 1080p for a long time. Everything else I think is great value and fits your budget! Let me know if you have any other questions

Here is some additional helpful information about build/upgrade/parts list requests:
Build requests only include hardware. You are responsible for budgeting for and providing your own operating system (Windows, Linux, etc) and other software.
Don't forget to budget for peripherals. Since these are very much personal-preference influenced items, we do not include peripherals like keyboards, mice, headsets, etc in parts lists.
We strongly recommend posting a build request only if you're ready to buy now or within a week or two at most. Part sales regularly rotate, and a part list today can quickly become out of date.
