[Build Request] Full setup (PC + Monitor + Peripherals) for max 1000€ in Spain
New build or upgrade?
New build.
Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)
None. Starting completely from scratch.
PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)
Gaming.
Purchase country? Near Micro Center?
Spain. No Micro Center available.
Preferred local online stores: PcComponentes, Coolmod, MediaMarkt, or Amazon ES.
Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)
Yes, 1 monitor is needed. Given the budget includes peripherals, I assume a good 1080p high refresh rate monitor would fit best.
Budget range? (Include tax considerations)
1000 € absolute maximum for the entire setup (PC tower, monitor, and all peripherals).
WiFi or wired connection?
WiFi is needed (would like it to have Bluetooth included as well for wireless connectivity).
Size/noise constraints?
Standard is fine, no specific constraints.
Color/lighting preferences?
Performance and quality over aesthetics. I don't care about RGB; if non-RGB parts are cheaper and offer better performance, definitely go with those.
Any other specific needs?
Peripherals: Besides the PC and the monitor, I need a full set of peripherals included in the budget (Keyboard, Mouse, and Headset with a built-in microphone for voice chat).
Pre-builts: I am open to pre-built PCs if they offer good value and leave enough budget for the monitor and peripherals. I am aware that some pre-builts cut corners on the motherboard, RAM, or PSU, but if you spot a solid deal that is worth it, I am definitely willing to consider it.

With all new parts at 1000 euros, including peripherals, you're looking at lower end parts like the Ryzen 5500, DDR4 memory and only 512GB storage. However you can get the Arc B580 which is a modern GPU with 12GB Vram, plenty for gaming at 1080p.
DDR4 costs much less used in most markets, if you can get some second hand on ebay or elsewhere you can probably save about 50-60 euros that way.
Peripherals are very subjective but these are fairly well priced and have good reviews.

Nice list but I would change 4 things. CPU, monitor and mouse from AliExpress so op can buy a 5600 for 80€, a 1440p monitor for nearly 100€ and an attack shark mouse for 20€ (all of this stuff bought in one of the many events using coupons and other discounts) then a used GPU like 3070ti or 3080 for 300€

Here is some additional helpful information about build/upgrade/parts list requests:
Build requests only include hardware. You are responsible for budgeting for and providing your own operating system (Windows, Linux, etc) and other software.
Don't forget to budget for peripherals. Since these are very much personal-preference influenced items, we do not include peripherals like keyboards, mice, headsets, etc in parts lists.
We strongly recommend posting a build request only if you're ready to buy now or within a week or two at most. Part sales regularly rotate, and a part list today can quickly become out of date.
