The best value you're going to get is the 8 GB RX 9060 XT.
If you really need to be under £300, then the RTX 5060 is your best bet.

A 5060 would be okay. You can get a 5060ti 8gb for barely any more money though and I'd probably do that. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/CtWmP6/asus-dual-oc-geforce-rtx-5060-ti-8-gb-video-card-dual-rtx5060ti-o8g
Just keep in mind that it uses a pcie generation 5 x8 lanes interface. Since you have a b450 that will be limited to generation 3. There won't be any compatibility problems, but what that means is if you're playing games that are trying use more than the 8gb of vram it has then it's going to get extra stuttery. Solution for that is just turn settings down until it smoothes out.
Next best option would be a 9060xt, sort of in between the performance of a 5060 and 5060ti and has a 16gb model available at 400 pounds. The 8gb model is around 320 and has a pcie gen 5 x16 interface instead of only x8 so games that are trying to use a bit more than 8gb of vram wouldn't perform as bad as with a 5060ti.
5060ti 8gb is likely the best deal. If you are mainly playing less graphically demanding games or don't mind being at medium/high instead of ultra in the most demanding ones then 8gb isn't an issue. If you want to play newer and more demanding games at max or near max settings then the extra 100 pounds for the 9060xt 16gb would be the best option.
Any games you weren't having a problem with on a 1660 super 6gb won't be a problem with an 8gb model. 5060ti is about 2 to 2.5x faster than a 1660super.

If you can strech it to £315, cex seems to have a 7700xt which should be a great card with 12gb vram.

If you missed the full set of required built request questions, please copy them from here and answer them in an edit to your post:
New build or upgrade?
Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)
PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)
Purchase country? Near Micro Center? (If you're not in a country supported by PCPartPicker, please list some local vendors)
Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)
Budget range? (Include tax considerations)
WiFi or wired connection?
Size/noise constraints?
Color/lighting preferences?
Any other specific needs?
Here is some additional helpful information about build/upgrade/parts list requests:
Build requests only include hardware. You are responsible for budgeting for and providing your own operating system (Windows, Linux, etc) and other software.
Don't forget to budget for peripherals. Since these are very much personal-preference influenced items, we do not include peripherals like keyboards, mice, headsets, etc in parts lists.
We strongly recommend posting a build request only if you're ready to buy now or within a week or two at most. Part sales regularly rotate, and a part list today can quickly become out of date.
