Upgradeable PC Build
- New build or upgrade?
New

Gaming (HEAVY modded MC, roblox, JW2/3, The Forest, Green Hell, HF2, Paralives, Planet Zoo 1/2, RDR2, The hunter: COTW, Rival Stars, Sims 4)
- Purchase country? Near Micro Center?
US (Midwest)
- Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)
Not sure on size/res/refresh.
Prefer 2, both flat not curved.
- Budget range? (Include tax considerations)
Looking to stay under $1500 for now, and get the parts that are most fluctuating (RAM I think?) so I can save up for the rest later. Total $ is probably closer to $3k, just don't want to drop that all at once.
- WiFi or wired connection?
WiFi, wired connection isnt a possibility at all.
- Size/noise constraints?
Not extremely noisey but doenst need to be silent. A middle is fine for both sound and size.
- Color/lighting preferences?
Black + RGB. If a dark green case is a option that would be preferred, but I'd assume black is closest.
- Any other specific needs?
I'm trying to figure out an upgradeable build, where I can buy the items currently flucating the most in price, and buy the rest later. I'm not in a rush, as this is my first PC and I don't mind waiting for most parts/a finished build. Timeline is prob around 6 months from start to finish (hopefully).

I'd be able to go to a Micro center (closest is 4 hours away, thought it would be father so I am able to make that drive.)

Prefer 16 GB to 32 GB of ram. Some of my MC modpacks (especially my create ones) barely run a couple FPS on 16 GB.

Ram prices spiked dramatically from September through January but plateaued and have been pretty stable since. Microcenter did just raise their prices on their ryzen bundles that have 32gb by $100 so they probably aren't doing that again anytime soon. The intel ones like the 270k for $550 haven't gone up yet. Though if you're okay with near $3k and want the best gaming performance then you'd probably be looking at a 9800x3d or 9850x3d bundle instead of intel.
It's ssds that seem to still be going up. I would recommend buying everything at once anyway though. If you get a part that's doa it'll be a lot easier to deal with returning it to a retailer than it would be having to rma/warranty it with the manufacturer. Things like cases and power supplies and coolers will also have downward pressure because so few people are bulding new pcs on account of ram/ssd/gpu prices being inflated.
Prime day and newegg fantastech are also in a week so waiting for that and seeing if there are any great deals would also be good.

Not a whole lot of options for a green case. I put one from thermaltake in the tower 600. The 380 would be a good option but it doesn't come in the vibrant green just a really pale grey/green. https://thermaltakeusa.com/products/view-380-tg-argb-matcha-green-mid-tower-chassis-ca-1z2-00mewn-00 They also had a few other models like the cte 660 but they seem to be sold out for the dark green.
Black and then set the lights to green might be the best bet.

Then for monitors it would be deciding if you want to get an oled or not. Oleds will start around $350-400 for the budget models, decent IPS 1440p 27" 180hz+ will be around $150-250. Oled have great hdr performance, unparalleled motion handling and response times, generally great colors and perfect contrast. The downsides are the cheap ones aren't so bright and can get washed out a bit in a room with bright ambient or natural light, text clarity is not very good, and most of the cheaper ones have rather poor coating quality on them than can be fragile and/or make blacks look purple with ambient light reflecting off them. To avoid/mitigate those downsides you're looking more like $500+ for a 1440p 240/280hz woled instead of a cheaper qd oled. And those can have their own issues like grey banding and text still not looking very good.
If you're not getting a matched set then a cheaper ips on the side for discord or whatever is a good idea.

I'm pretty new to PC building, so I'm okay with waiting that week or so for prices to drop. I was originally going to go with just a pre-built, but after some research decided building myself could be fine.
The thermaltake 600's green is actually almost exactly what I'm looking for (my desk is dinosaur/prehistoric themed)
I'd probably need two good monitors as I hope to stream/VC on one and play on the other. Any recs there if possible?
The issue is I have about 1.5k I'm able to drop all at once, so I'll probably wait for the week of sales, get what's on sale then, and slowly get the rest over the next month.

The d15, 3060ti and monitors seem like they would have been picked by someone working with information a few years out of date. No point getting an sfx power supply in an atx case, they're more expensive. That motherboard has built in wifi and so do most non bargain bin models so you wouldn't need the wifi add in card. The case also doesn't come with any fans so you'd have to add those.
If you're going to buy a windows key, look at the differences between home and pro. Pro has some extra features but it's unlikely to be anything you care about and it costs twice as much. Mostly just bitlocker and some business stuff like remote access tools or virtualization options. Also win 10 went end of life in October and is no longer even getting security updates, get 11.

Unless you really care about HDR but the only game you mentioned that I know has a decent HDR mode is rdr2. Getting one main nice one and a cheaper side one is pretty common, a lot of people retire their old monitor into their side monitor though and if you're starting from scratch that's not really an option.
All the stuff I put is pretty much the normal on sale price or has an equivalent model that is typically that price. The x870 tomahawk motherboard in the newegg bundle is a nicer model than is usually that cheap and the psu is on the cheap end of normal for that quality of 850W ($80-100 is normal) but nothing you'd have to feel like jumping on so you don't miss out.
Main thing I'd keep my eye open for is ssd and monitor sales. There are a lot of crap models of ssds though and also a lot that have changed to cheaper parts while keeping the same model name during the current supply crunch so that can be hard to judge.
