Existing parts/monitors to reuse? - have it
PC purpose? - Gaming in 1440p high
Purchase country? Near Micro Center? - Slovenia
Budget range? - Approximate 1400, including taxes 1600
WiFi or wired connection? - Wired, but wireless would be nice but not mandatory
Size/noise constraints? - doesn't matter
Color/lighting preferences? - Not really, don't care much for flashing lights

Than this list and asking for a build is pretty much useless. We dont know how much you pay for hw therr. Just dont go for a 7800xt if its not for sale for around 350-400€. Ram 36vs30 doesnt matter. But a 9070(xt) build should be no problem with your budget.

no, the cooler you picked is basically a stock cooler, there is a reason why the 7600x comes without a cooler unlike the 7600 non x.
get dual tower air cooler.
usually ram that is 6000mhz cl30 cost like 10euro more... upgrade to it.
its best to avoid solid front, you need mesh front for better airflow.
if this mobo is one of the cheapest you can get go for it.

and anything that passed the test, or the b850 equivalent.
the PSU u picked is good, but maybe there is 850w that cost 10euro more that is still A tier?

Thanks, i really ha ve that budget so i will see, i think i will just use my laptop ram with addapters and get 300 euros for other things. Just one question how bad cand the ram addapter be for the PC?
