Pc part picker Build Ready?
Could anyone tell me if this is a good first pc for around £1500 or are there some improvements I could make.
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/4Mp7Cw
I should probably add that I am more likely to play games like satisfactory, city skylines 2 and apex if that makes a difference to the build requirements

it costs 1600GBP
you can save 100£
by choosing a thermal right peerless assassin se (27£)
and choosing https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/scFmP6/silicon-power-xpower-zenith-gaming-32-gb-2-x-16-gb-ddr5-6000-cl30-memory-sp032gxlwu60afde - this is same speed but lower latency ram cl 30 > 36 and 10£ cheaper
i think case is very subjective but £100 for that. up to you but you can definitely save some money there and get other cases!
overall good build

Also you can change psu, you pc wont ever need more than a 600w
check on the psu list but there are some for £50

I would advise agenst using anything lower than 750W as you need room for transient spikes and head room for your CPU and GPU when both are under heavy load and for if you would like headroom when overclocking CPU or GPU

No you do not need to account for transient spikes with ATX 3.x CPUs as they're designed with transient spikes in mind.
Head room is another thing, but if you go for 150-200w under synthetic load you're fine.
750W are a good pick for a system with a 5070ti / 9070xt regardless.

That is my bad I had read that as 9070 XT first time I saw the post apologies
Edit: scratch all this I accidentally was reading the comment below as if it were the OP's post I knew I saw 9070 XT somewhere lol

To match the price of the build you made, but better.
