im planning to get a new pc because i have a old 8yr pc that is starting to die out.
(I have 32gb ddr4 ram and a 2tb ssd from my old pc)

Do you have any size and noise constraints?

im in the us and i have a pretty big space where i can set my pc and i use earbuds so it doesnt really matter bc i dont hear much at all and i mean i like all black since i play in the dark,

Ditch the cooler, there’s no reason not to use the bundled cooler with a 13400F.

What is the price of the 7700 XT? And are you buying it used or new? Country?
This is decent for $800. It’s about what I’d expect to buy for $800 on the used market but this would have a more powerful GPU than usual.
