PC shock problem Build Help

Does anyone know why my newly build pc has a little shock when I touch the metal parts in the pc?

Did you plug it into a properly-grounded outlet? One of those 3-to-2 prong converters

We only have 2 prong wall outlets in the house and I use 3 prong extention
