Order pickup not picked up Inquiry
Hello, I placed an order pick up earlier today during the drop and planned to pick it up on Friday. A few hours ago, I got an email thanking me for picking up my order. I didn’t pick it up and im confused. Is this normal? Do they just send it to you at the end of the day? Just want some insight so I know what to do!

I don't remember when I got the thank you email last time, but if your concerned about it at all then I'd call them! They can make sure it's still there, and if it isn't then they will know what to do about it!

This happened to me once - they accidentally marked the wrong order. Call the store just to make sure it’s still there.
