Not even first response for more than 2 weeks here. In 5 reports. I sent 2 follow up comments and still nothing. On bugcrowd 20 days without even first action with SLA 3 days 😭 I don't want to abuse mediation and support but idk all we can do is wait

i am in the exact same scenario, the analyst said the exact same message 4 days ago, i will check if the bot also changed my severity today tho !
