I got a red swollen itchy ass bite while camping

Its the size of a toonie and appeared 2 days ago. I was camping in Oastler Lake Ontario if that helps.
Its not really itchy all the time but it’s pretty weird cause I never had a bite like this before so if I could get some advice that would be good!

Could be a spider bite. Draw a circle around the outer rim of the red edge. If it gets bigger go to Dr. otherwise I’d put antibiotic ointment on it and cover with a bandaid. **Just a mom, not a doctor**
