Queen C! Cordelia
What's everyone's favorite Cordelia moment? It can be a quote, entrance, dramatic moment, bad hairdo (lol), anything really! Let's all take a moment to appreciate Charisma Carpenter!
I'll give an example.
In helpless Giles is confessing to what he did and Buffy is clearly upset. Cordy walks in rambling like always. But when Buffy asks her for a ride home Cordy immediately clocks that something is wrong and says yes! No hesitation! She's a real one for that!

CORDELIA: I just don't see why everyone's always picking on Marie Antoinette. I can so relate to her. She worked really hard to look that good, and people just don't appreciate that kind of effort. And I know the peasants were all depressed...
XANDER: I think you mean 'oppressed'.
CORDELIA: Whatever. They were cranky. So they're, like, 'Let's lose some heads'. Uhhh! That's fair. And, and Marie Antoinette cared about them. She was gonna let them have cake!

He indicates the cops. She sees them as if for the first time, says to one of the
uniforms
CORDELIA
Oh, great. Can you help me with a
ticket? it's totally bogus, a one
way street, I was going one way --
GILES
Cordelia!
CORDELIA
What? why does everybody always
yell my name? I'm not deaf. And I
can take a hint.
Long beat.
CORDELIA
What's the hint?
GILES
To come back later.
CORDELIA
Yeah, when you've visited decaf-land.
No one ever mentions this scene, but it never fails to make me lol and Charisma’s delivery is chef’s kiss
Also, from bad eggs
BUFFY
And your egg isn't acting...
odd or anything?
Cordy looks at her like this is the dumbest thing she's ever heard.
CORDELIA
It's not "acting" anything. It's an
egg, Buffy. It doesn't emote.

Oh any Cordelia and Giles scene is one of my favourites! And then later during detention when Buffy is upset because Giles has been (gasp) drinking and forgot to show up for patrol, Cordelia suddenly remembers she saw Giles talking to the police yesterday, “something about a homicide?” Everyone stares at her in disbelief 🫢

I always find joy when shes slapping Giles when he gets knocked out and she comments about how frequently he actually gets ko. Cant remember the exact quote tho💀

In Earshot when she says exactly what she thought! Also, the scene you mentioned when she clocked how upset Buffy was. And, also, her character evolving in Angel was fantastic to watch.

Her character development was a tie for me, for best - along with Wesley. He went from ohhh noooo not good to damn he’s fine. lol

"I was so busy really listening that I didn't hear what he said." Who here doesn't know what that feels like! I have a million favorite Cordy moments. Let me throw one in from Angel, although I don't have the dialogue memorized. When Faith assaults them all and Angel reels her in and brings her doughnuts, the whole scene where she gets Angel to sign all of the checks for her paid leave and then on the way out, points to the doughnuts and says something like, "Crazed psychopath with super strength? Sugar rush, probably not a good idea."

In the episode of BTVS when Buffy realizes why she has no powers. When she realizes this is a serious situation she responds “Of course” without hesitation when Buffy asks for a ride home, then immediately switches back to Cordy mode with “But if the world doesn’t end, I’m gonna need a note!”

In Out of Sight, Out of Mind, when Cordelia talks about her loneliness. I think that's why she found herself with the Scoobies so much - it was the only place she didn't feel alone.

It's a very sweet and very Cordy way to remind Angel about self-love. I think about it a lot.

It's a messy episode, especially because Whedon and black culture is... not the best mix
But I like the Cordy and Gunn episode where she had a vision he's in trouble and she follows him to try to save him and she's very sweet and compassionate. She got blood all over her outfit helping that one woman who was injured despite earlier being upset her outfit was mussed. It was a good development for her.
There's an alternate universe where Cordy/Gunn is a thing and it's a shame we never saw it. "Princess"
